Refunds & Returns Policy

At AD BODYTECH HEALTH & NUTRITION LTD, we take pride in offering quality supplements that are securely packaged and well-presented. However, we understand that there may be occasions when the products you ordered do not meet your expectations. Our Refunds & Returns policy is designed to handle these situations efficiently. Here’s what you need to know:

Returns  

You have the right to return goods within 7 working days of receipt. Please note that you are responsible for the return shipping costs. The items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging. All items must be returned in full; we cannot offer refunds for partial returns. Refunds will be issued only after the goods have arrived back at our premises in their original condition. 

Refunds  

A full refund, including shipping charges, will be provided if you return the goods in the condition described above. If you ordered the wrong size and we can accept it back into stock, we will refund the full value of the product.

Damaged Goods  

In the unlikely event you receive damaged or defective goods, please follow this process:

- If the goods are damaged upon delivery, you must sign for them as “damaged.” If you sign for the goods as “unchecked,” a refund or replacement will not be offered.

- If the goods appear to be faulty upon use, you will need to return the product to us at your own cost for evaluation. If a fault is confirmed, we will provide a replacement or refund, including shipping charges.

- If we cannot determine the fault, the product will be sent to the manufacturer for further evaluation. We will inform you of the outcome regarding your replacement or refund once we receive the report from the manufacturer.
